Sewer: Timber Creek Sewer Company
Timber Creek Sewage Treatment is a community sewer system with no separate septic system required. Owner of each home will pay sewer bill direct to Timber Creek. Each home will require a grinder pump to connect to the main line. Grinder pump (normal wear and tear) maintenance fee is included in that monthly payment to Timber Creek.

Who Pays for Utility Hook-Up?
The developer has already covered the cost of installing infrastructure. Buyers are responsible for utility hook-up from the main line to the home. This cost is typically included in your builder’s construction contract.
