The Process

what you’ve been looking for on approximately 1 acre lots with
paved roads and utilities just like you would find in the City

Here is what you need to do to make your dream a reality:

STEP 1 – LOT RESERVATION:

Select the site for your new home by making a lot reservation. A refundable deposit of $2,500.00 will be required.

STEP 2 – BUILDER:

Select your builder.  You are welcome to bring your own builder.  Builders will be approved by developer. Keep in mind, this is a luxury living establishment.  For a list of builder recommendations, click here.

STEP 3 – BEGIN THE BUILDING PROCESS

Once your lot or land contract is finalized, you’ll move into the next phase: starting the build process. Each builder operates on their own timeline, so this part of the process can vary significantly. Some may begin immediately with permitting and design meetings, while others have a much longer lead time.

We’ll support guiding you through each step. The goal is to keep things moving smoothly while honoring the unique rhythm of your builder’s process.

STEP 4 – FINANCING:

Want to stay in your current home, use the equity from it whilst building your dream home?  No need to move into a temporary place!  Creative financing solutions are available through:  Bank of SpringfieldFirst Federal Bank of Kansas City and Bell Bank Mortgage.
